I appreciated the hotel allowing me to check in at 11am, but they gave me a wrong category. They issued the guest with the room card and he/she almost entered my room! I was asked to pack and move to the right room which was bad experience. I also booked a day tour the next morning, staff reminded me when i checked in, but the tour company forgot about me or hotel forgot to reconfirm until i approached the reception and found out. I was put to sit between the driver and tour guide as there were no other seat in the van.

Nice hotel at Copacabana. Facilities are old and service at restaurant can be super slow. The best thing was staying in a room with a balcony and view. Lobby service was hospitable and friendly.
