"A truly lovely hotel and sadly I was rather unwell whilst I was there. I was VERY grateful that I was granted a later check out time which was very kind and gave me a little longer to rest before my long journey back to Scotland. Eduardo at concierge looked after me extremely well and my friends the Clarksons who were also in the hotel at the same time. We appreciated his valuable service. All in all this is a FANTASTIC hotel and it was delightful experience despite my illness."

"Rooms were cold and could not get any heat. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. The bar closes early and it appeared empty. You rarely see any other customer. Water in the rooms is also very expensive"

"The staff there was very understanding and eager to help. When one of my tours got messed up the staff called the tour operator and went to bat for me. Also there is a wonderful park nearby (Barque de Olivar) with large grassed area and lots of olive trees and security. A great walk every morning to get you in the right mood. I plan to return there."

"Rooms are large and well appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. 24 hour Security around the paremeter of the hotel was noticeable and nice to see."
