"We had one towel for 2 nights and 2 people upon check in. They did give us one more towel when we informed them. The next day we noticed there was no hair dryer in the room and our shower had excessive little black hairs in the corners of the shower. We asked them to clean the shower while we were out during the day and it never happened. Also they did check to see if there were extra hair dryers but they had none.
