I have stayed at other hotels downtown in several cities and normally extremely small rooms and high prices and outdated amenities. This hotel was perfect blend of our work charm and modem day peeks blended into one. We asked for extra towels and they were brought to our room within 15 mins!! 🥰 Front desk guy didn't know if we had a view in our room and told me no rooms look out to the lake but we had a great lakeview room! The only hiccup was when we scanned the qr code to order food we we transferred to a voicemail box after calling the front desk. Instead of room service we had to go out.
