"Great stay... check in was fast and very friendly.The entire hotel has been remodeled and our room was very clean and in great shape. They also have a free shuttle to and from King's Island. Breakfast was nice and had eggs, sausage, biscuits as well as cereal and waffles. Different breads, muffins and bagels along with several juice choices. We used to stay here all the time when it was a different name but it started going down hill and we stopped...we WILL be back again."

"Had a great time everyone enjoy the Waterpark, room were nice and staff nice and helpful every friendly. Would have been nice if you had a way of notification when there was activity going on we missed stories,could you have a list of times and activity some were so kids could go to them ."

Multiple wedding receptions, Reds home games, significant road closures in the immediate area surrounding the hotel due to Cincinnati Pride Parade and an extreme heat wave. Valets were constantly hustling, while remaining professional and pleasant. Despite the chaos, they managed traffic with efficiency and never let the pressure show. Each interaction felt personal and courteous—whether we were coming or going, they greeted us with a smile and ensured a smooth experience. Their dedication and positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and left a lasting impression. Easily one of the most impressive valet teams we’ve encountered in recent years."
