"We stayed here four nights. It was a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We had one of the rooms that had access to the Premier level on the 45th floor. As a result, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet in the morning and hor d’oevres and drinks in the evenings. Great way to start and end the day. Highly recommended!"

"This is my second time back at the hotel because the first time was exceptional and I have to say this time was even more exceptional! This is my hotel of choice when I come to Tokyo. For me it’s prefect and what I love as me and my best friend said is that the area it is in is much better than being in the busy tourist spots but yet it is convenient to get anywhere from the hotel. The staff if exceptionally wonderful and the hotel should be very very proud of them. The property is marvellous. My only issues which aren’t issues this year is that our fridge in the room wasn’t working quite well but it worked enough and it wasn’t any issue for us at all. Other than that there is nothing bad about this hotel. It is my favourite out of all my global travels and once again I will be staying here on my next visit to Japan. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Tobu Levant for a perfect stay, see you next time"

"The hotel was excellent, staff were very helpful, restaurants were very good, the location was excellent and the views from the room over the harbour were spectacular. The only downside was that the rooms are tiny, and the bathroom is even smaller. The bathroom is so small that there is no room to dry yourself with a towel. But overall it is an excellent hotel."
