Only reason why it scored low on facilities was because of the planned refurbishment of the pool area, which we knew about after booking but didn’t put us off. "It's our third time at the Moxy , as we go to the Mayflower theatre for shows . It costs around £7 for a taxi each way . The Moxy is in a great location being next door to west quay shopping centre. The hotel has a great vibe , great friendly staff, 24 hr bar , the rooms are fresh , clean & well equipped. My only small gripe was the size of the bed , but it was comfy ! Overall , I would highly recommend the Moxy . We will definitely be back without hesitation. "
