"The staff was helpful at times during our stay. We were there for five days and requested a change of towels on day three, but it took until the following day, day four, for them to be replaced. Additionally, the TV services in our room were not functioning properly; we were unable to stream content or access broadcast channels, despite paying extra fees for these amenities at the resort. "The room was in nice condition and we had everything we needed. It’s in a really great area for food and walking out. We did have trouble sleeping one night due to firearms in the kitchen going off multiple times. Also, since we were next to the bathroom we can hear the paper towel machine and door closing through the wall."

"The facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed the lake view from the room although I was not on the top floor, which I had booked. Also, there were very loud guests during the evening when I was trying to relax in my room. The only other niggling thing was that the person checking me in did not greet me, just started talking. Is this an American thing? Otherwise he was completely courteous and helpful. "

"I liked the location of the property, and overall, it was wonderful. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. I woke up often/did not sleep well. Some of that is also the city noise.
