"Arriving to Naria in the late afternoon we opted to stay overnight there rather than face the train trip in a jet lag exhausted stage. We chose Natira Toby based on reasonable price and proximity—and upon checking in realized the price included breakfast, making it a very reasonable price. The shuttle wait was not long and the ride about 5 minutes. Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and looked on greenery ( not a given near the airport). The room was more North American than Japanese in size, with 2 large twins plus a table and chairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had both Japanese and Western food options as well as made to order eggs (omelette, fried). There was a good variety of choices. We took the shuttle back to the airport next morning—the hotel offers a prearranged time choice so there’s no worry about getting a seat. We would definitely use this hotel again on our trip. We w"

We had a hard time using the laundry service this time of the year because more people were using it but I'm happy that the service is available. "

"Hotel Okura was a delightful and charming stay. The rooms very extremely spacious and more than sufficient for my family for 4. While the decor and furnishings were a little dated, the room was clean and comfortable. The toilets were huge, and my kids enjoyed playing in the bathtub. The hotel is also very generous with their shower amenities, with an additional set of facial cleansers and moisturisers for you to use. This was not something I saw in many other hotels. There is a small convenience store in the hotel, though it should be mentioned that the store isn't 24 hours, and closes at 10pm. There are some basic supplies and essential items in the store, but don't expect to see food items like you do in Family Mart or Lawsons. There is a kombini some distance away from Hotel Okura, but do note that it is quite a walk. The hotel breakfast was perhaps what surprised me the most. The hotel has several different restaurant/dining areas around their premises, and all of them are open on different days. On my last day in the hotel, I dined at one of their larger venues on level 1, and was pleasantly suprised by the wide variety of food choices, ranging from local to Western dishes, and even a dedicated kids' section. I'm not sure if the same spread would be offered at all of their venues though."
