"Pros: Excellent free breakfast with many varieties. The juices were divine especially the black currant juice. Courteous staff. Room is clean with plenty of amenities and beverage supply. Quiet and well designed lobby area for chill time. Cons: A bit pricey for the condition of the room. 1) small room with aged furnishing. 2) Didn't expect bunk bed. 3) Leaked shower and toilet. Cracked surface of shower space. Please fix the issues (rm 18) Overall it was an ok stay. "

"Pros:Best hotel hairdryer ever! Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities if the weather had permitted....Lovely restaurant staff. Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. "This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff."

"The staff were all friendly but there was some confusion and mix up at dinner on our first night which we did raise at the time but didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Otherwise the facility and the cleanliness was excellent. "

"One of the finest hospitality experiences I have ever had. The property is unbelievably beautiful. We were in a two bedroom suite, each bedroom with its own bath. The space was incredible. During our four night stay we elected to have dinner at the property three times; it was that good. Most significant to our experience were the outstanding staff and the serene environment.
