"Pros: Excellent free breakfast with many varieties. The juices were divine especially the black currant juice. Courteous staff. Room is clean with plenty of amenities and beverage supply. Quiet and well designed lobby area for chill time. Cons: A bit pricey for the condition of the room. 1) small room with aged furnishing. 2) Didn't expect bunk bed. 3) Leaked shower and toilet. Cracked surface of shower space. Please fix the issues (rm 18) Overall it was an ok stay. "

"Pros:Best hotel hairdryer ever! Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities if the weather had permitted....Lovely restaurant staff. Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. The hotel was 3 star at best with a 3.5...

"This hotel is unique, clean, and has amazing with restaurants on site. The breakfast is a buffet style with big selection of fresh options. Had dinner at the restaurant as well and absolutely everything we ordered was on point and delicious. The staff was super helpful, nice, and welcoming. The only bad part was that my stay was for a very short time. The courtyards are so beautiful. I will definitely plan to stay here in a near future "

"Lovely large rustic traditional rooms in stunning Tuscan countryside setting. Handy location for visiting the many local historic villages & towns of the area. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of choices & will cook eggs to your order. Lovely swimming pool in the grounds & on-site restaurant. The added benefit was that our 2no dogs were allowed to stay in the hotel"
