The Inside house was beautiful! We loved the big tree that was in the courtyard and while enjoying the pool we could lookout at the courtyard! The staff went above and beyond and were amazingly nice! This might be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special. There is a free afternoon tea every day which is magical and breakfast is amazing. I cannot praise this place enough.

We loved this property! The food was excellent! The complementary afternoon tea with magnificent desserts was phenomenal! The rooms were beautifully decorated. The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing cars, tuk tuks and any other forms of transportation you needed. They had great suggestions for other restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located to the Sunday market most of the Pagodas in downtown Chiang Mai, shopping and restaurants. We loved this hotel! Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff are so sweet and helpful; loved our room & pool, packed with every amenity. Just a beautiful oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai. The food choices were broad and excellent - we especially loved afternoon tea daily and those passion fruit shakes. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Sad to leave such a special place - up there with my favorite properties in the world! Hope to return some day!
