This was overall a lovely place to stay.
At the beginning it was a little difficult to check in as this is not a hotel but part of an apartment / restaurant complex. The instructions on the door said to check in at the restaurant or call a number. When we arrived the restaurant was closed (as it was for most of our visit), and the cafe said they were not affiliated, so it required calling on the phone to have the housekeeper come to meet us. Fortunately, I had a local sim from Bangkok, but if I had just arrived, I would not have had a way to reach the staff. You can contact the staff by phone or email.
The studio is quite spacious and well appointed with contemporary design (almost everything Ikea = Nord) and appliances. Upon arrival, the fridge was filled with bottled water and there were complimentary bowls of instant noodles and packets of potato chips and nuts, which I appreciated. The TV has Netflix, so you can watch movies and series.
Besides the bed, there is a large couch that someone could sleep on, but there is no extra bedding.
Just a warning that there was loud music late at night until 2AM coming from the beer garden across the street.
