I liked that there was an exit through the garage that takes you straight to the strip, on the strip you get to enjoy a lot of entertainment for the entire family. Many restaurants clubs and food trucks. However, even with all the entertainment the hotel is very quiet. I did not like that they closed the garage doors which we used to go for a walk and then when we returned we were not able to get in and had to go around.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said that they didn't have wifi and could not check me in. There were several other people in the lobby also waiting for check in. The receptionist said that they had been waiting for 2 hours already and that there was no plan except to wait and hope that the wifi came back on so that they could check people in. There was no manager available. I called the number on my reservation and the number was not in service. I contacted Expedia and they also attempted to contact the hotel, with no success. I requested a refund so that I could go to another hotel for the night. The hotel said that I had to talk to Expedia about a refund. Expedia said that only the hotel could approve a refund. So in the end I paid for 2 hotels for the same night. Expedia tried to follow up the hotel, but they would not approve a refund. So I paid for a night in this hotel and they would not refund my money even though it was their fault that I could not check in to a room. Expedia offered my $25 in One Key Cash, which I appreciated. The rate that I paid for the hotel (including taxes) was $60, so not a refund, but a token towards the inconvenience.

Absolutely not worth your charge and definitely don't deserve your rating. The soaps alone you offer is absolutely garbage. I couldn't even take a proper bath with those soaps they gibe you. It's literally a non lathering soap gelatinous garbage . Never again. The beds were absolutely horrible And stiff. Athletes at the Olympics slept better in their cardboard beds. 0 out of 10

The property is spotless, but the best part is the staff every single one on the front desk or restaurant was fantastic, I returned to their restaurant even after I had left the place. The girl at front desk in the morning shift was very helpful with anything I asked for. Very happy with the place, I will stay again.

The hotel has very misleedong pictires of the property. Current conditions are terrible and not to be called a good or excellent hotel. Worse than a motel. Very dirty, rooms super small with everything dated, things are broken, damaged doors, horrible condition mold walls and tiles. Absolutely a big mistake for that price!

Great location for ferry to Belize
The location was very good to take the ferry to Belize the next morning, and also to enjoy the activities on the malecon on a Friday night. The hotel room itself was very uncomfortable - it had no window! However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
