"The hotel is lovely and I would recommend to others but would offer some advice before going. I booked two nights over the weekend on a DBB basis and also booked two treatments at the Kasia Spa. I opted for the executive room. The car park was jam packed on the Friday evening when we arrived- there was a wedding on at The Grosvenor suite. "Had another nice stay in this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed. We had a bit of an issue with the fish & chips that my partner had as a bar meal on the Sunday evening - more batter than fish! However, after discussion with the chef and the management, this was resolved satisfactorily. The pool/ spa area was lovely - and quiet on a Monday evening. "We loved our four night stay.We have been there before and enjoyed it then too.The breakfast was good too.The cleaners did a fantastic job and changed the towels and bedding if needed.We loved being able to make a free hot drink when we got back from our walks.The staff were all very friendly too.Theres nothing that we didn’t like."
