It was like a really cheap motel not really a hotel. Homeless people in the area and drug addicts. Definitely not safe for children

They cancelled my booking and kept my money because I didn’t show by 6pm…3 minutes after I booked it online. If I had to show up by 6pm why was I allowed to book it for the same night? I arrived at 950pm. They marked it in their system as a no show. I am protesting Quality Inn and won’t starting at one again due to how they treat guests. The outside was very dark and people were standing around participating in illegal activities and arguing. It may be cheap but it’s not worth it if you are concerned with safety.

This facility should not be operating. Door is faulty, no deadbolt. Electrical outlets do not work. Breakfast area is roped off with construction debris. Room stinks of masking spray - like somone was smoking. Foyer entrance is blocked by rolls of carpeting. Disgusting.

This property needs to be shut down. The old saying goes pictures don't lie but in this case they do lie! We burnt rubber on our tires getting away from there! Seriously.

Didn’t stay checked in for 10 mins and left got my deposit back. Room was horrible stuff broken AC/Heat didn’t work ripped sheets. Horrible place, elevator was not in code. Door shutters before opening and closing. Horrible area, drug deals going on at the moment we showed up.

Awful room. Smells like smoke. Very heavy stench stuck to all my clothes and belongings. Extremely hard to breathe. Smell made me sick. The property is dirty and extremely worn down. Hallway paint everywhere and carpet lift, lost of trash left behind and not cleaned. Very loud people and atmosphere very late at night. Party music going, loud people outside the unit very late at night. Super unsafe. Key card did not work one use so had to front desk and get a new one after single use. Unit does not match the description of the unit I saw and paid for online. Very disappointing and upset. Extremely misleading.

I hate seeing businesses suffer the consequences of the demise of the surrounding area where "loiters" have taken over. I really do hope for the best that this can be turned around for those who have jobs there. They all seemed to be working hard. It does look like they are trying to make improvements. There were several people working and painting. The room itself obviously had updates and was very clean. Housekeeping does a good job inside the rooms. The young man at the counter was very friendly, vending machines full. My room was very clean and neat, but the outside public areas were just filth. But again...work is being done. The street and parking lot were just disgusting, scary people around. Once I was in my room, it was my vehicle I feared the most for. But all was OK! Apparently, there is new management, and I hope he/she can save this little hotel because it is in a very good location for city convenience. But they are going to have to do something about the loiters around. It is obvious what they are up to, and this really hurts the businesses there.

This hotel was a nightmare. They were painting fumes were super loud my room number wasn’t a plate like all the other rooms it was written on with a sharpie. Our lamp was knocked over a dry noodle was hanging from the ceiling dirty towels and bathroom. At night they also had loud altercation with guests and prostitution. Don’t book this hotel! It’s a NIGHTMARE

This place should be condemned! Trash everywhere, disgusting facilities and sketchy movements around the entire area. Only booked because I was flying in late and only intended on sleeping a few hours and getting back on the road. It was so bad that we didn’t even sleep under the cover and slept in all of our clothes including our shoes. I mean I understand it’s a little more reasonable then some of the other spots close tot he airport but I had no idea it would be that bad. I’m not sure how the city lets them continue to operate or better yet how they pass health inspections as even the lobby cellings scream mold. Some places aren’t all that pleasing to the eye because the building are dated, but this one was that plus just blatant disregard and complacency. At on top of all that they gave to e audacity to charge 100 dollar deposit for incidentals and I still haven’t got my deposit back on my card as they swear it takes 8 days… What?! If I was Quality Inn Inc, I would make them remove my name from their hotel because ain’t nothing Quality about it. This place is a dump! If we ever find ourself at a Quality in the Charlotte area it will definitely be the one in Pineville.
