The building has 18 floors and only one working elevator. The bathrooms are very tiny...Ive never seen such a small facility in another Holiday Inn or any hotel. The coffee machine was sitting on a painted silver, metal, stand that was badly stained with coffee from others. Continental breakfast was lacking in coffee and other items at 9:15 on Sat. morning. No problem on Fri morning tho. And the dining room was closed so folks had to find a seat wherever they could to eat their meal. We had to pay to park in the bldg garage. For the money paid for the 2 night stay, I think it was too much...

The hotel was rundown, with baseboards lifting, paint peeling, and rusting shower heads. The rooms deserve some TLC. The cleaning staff were friendly. The hotel's location had easy access to downtown restaurants which was great.

The elevator hasn't been serviced since2021 but you need to use the elevator when you are on the 11 floor. The door to the first room was broken and had to be given a different room. It wasn't the worst place ever but it is in serious need of renovations. I would not recommend.

Was a fine hotel for a night or two. It has a good location in the city convenient to everything. The hotel room itself was clean and nothing special. The bed was good. The lobby had a strange smell and one of the elevators were out of order so it made for waiting for the elevator to take a while at checkout especially. But it was a good spot in the city when you’re not spending a bunch of time there or long periods.

Great location, but would never stay here again. My room smelled like very strong cologne and not clean. Bathrooms are tiny and no fan! Lights are a weird yellow tint. The mattress had large indentations, Like sleeping in a hole. In dire need for updates, feels like stepping back 30 years. Don’t stay here.

We reserved a king room and was given a queen. When I asked the front desk person she argued with me even though I showed her the reservation. Was incredibly noisy outside so between the smaller bed and noise we did not sleep well at all. Housekeeping did an excellent job both days we were there and overall the hotel seemed clean but dated.
