The resort is on the end of Wrightsville with wonderful views of the inlet by Figure Eight Island. In warm months, the vast beach is smooth with easy entry into the ocean. A sand bar prevents the ruts I've experienced at south facing resorts. The walls are not the thickest so a loud neighbor can be tough. Our unit needed some updating with towel bars not secure and a burner unit that looked well past its life. Front desk staff were very friendly. The parking deck is convenient with very easy access to lower levels.

The location is the best-quiet and at the end of the island. The negatives were the front staff were rude and non engaging and the smell of the water in the shower was horrible. Didn’t want to wash face or brush my teeth because of it. The mattress in our unit was not great either.
