We were there only for a very short stay because of missing a flight at CLT. It appears that the common areas are currently under renovation, but the staff was great and the room was very nice. Would stay here again if ever back in Charlotte.

The renovations are pretty good, as far as the rooms., I will say having the kitchenette was really nice, but it should have been some utensils and other items to go with it, the living room area with let out couch was nice, and having a separate bedroom was awesome, but people should know in advance so that there is No Breakfast or Pool, so people can have the option to want to stay there without those Amenities!!

Price was good. Location was great. They are still remodeling so it’s some facilities unavailable, which is cool. Room was great. Housekeeping only xhecks to see if you’re checking out, so no fresh towels. Staff for the most part was great. The management with the exception of guy is rude af. Would I go back probably if they got some better management.

We liked the cleanliness, having all the amenities & the friendly & efficient staff. only things we thought were needed were paper towels in the room & possibly cups/plates/cutlery in the kitchenette but those aren't a big deal to us. you possibly just have to request for paper towels in the lobby.
