"What we didn't like: Lacking a doorman, the valet was the first person we encountered, upon arriving at this hotel. He neither opened the door, as we struggled with luggage, nor responded when I said hi as we entered. As we had arrived without a car to park, we were no doubt invisible to him. Generally, we don't mind if hotel employees are not overly friendly. We're not there to make friends. However, the valet was complete devoid of any civility, apparently forgetting that he has a job...
