"This place is a little gem, nested in the countryside with a fantastic vibe. The host is extremely kind and clearly made a great work with the place, the room was perfect for my family of 4 and we all loved the stay. The breakfast was definitely the best in our month-long vacation in France. When going again to the Loire valley, I'd definitely be coming back a La Source de Bury to use as a base to visit the many castles in the area."

"This is the most wonderful place to stay! Super charming, wonderful and helpful staff, and most spacious and comfortable rooms. There is parking and the gate closes at night for security. "The property location is fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. As others have mentioned, the hotel is in dire need of an update. The shower was scummy and the fixture was loose so the shower head kept falling. Also the door to the shower wouldn't close properly, so showering without making a huge mess on the floor took some practice.. the wallpaper was Peking and there was mold on the walls. The staff was friendly, in my limited experience with them."

Parking at the appartments could be enlarged or redesigned to have cars at the appartments instead of at the end of the road which meant you go wet if it was raining. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night.
