"The unit itself was nice. Lots of codes just to get into lobby to open a lockbox to get the fob to open the unit. I was not impressed with the area. I would definitely walk with others in the area. The parking garage spaces were difficult to see and a lot of steps just to get and pay for a parking was quite confusing. "

"Beautiful property. The highway was loud, but they had noise machines in the room to cancel it. Helped perfectly."

"Great place for long term family stay. Had to park across the road for $30 a night with in out privledges, and glass was smashed out of vehicles every night, Thank God not ours. DON'T LEAVE BELONGINGS IN YOUR VEHICLE. 10 minute walk to downtown honky tonks / shopping. Couple of coffee shops within 5 minutes. "

"As our granddaughter lives in the building, this was perfect for us to visit her. Easy walking to restaurants, the area was clean and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. We’re used to a king size, this was queen and the mattress was VERY soft and low to the floor. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and detergent was even there. "

"Check in and out process were very easy, parking is limited but we found a spot each day we were there. Cleanliness could be significantly improved, there were stains all over the couch, the walls were visibly dirty with stuff caked on them. The sheets on the bed were these weird disposable sheets I’ve never seen before and the lighting in the rooms was absolutely awful. The location and general set up was convenient. You could walk to Broadway (a bit of a long walk) or take a short Uber/taxi...

"Everything was smooth. Being able to text with the host and have them respond. Promptly was super helpful. The building is in a convenient location. Lots of good food around you can walk to downtown easily. The only drawback was…..one towel. Would stay there again if I were in Nashville. "

They have options for people who aren't able to walk great distances with scooter rentals. The restaurants we visited weren't always the greatest for the price... one mixed up our order on meatless burgers versus regular burgers and the one regular burger was seriously undercooked. They need more vegetarian/vegan friendly options. Breakfast was amazing! "

"Although the property is somewhat dated the staff worked hard cleaning. The room was big and clean and the beds comfortable. There was some outside noise from the highway nearby but that was also convenient for access. "

"Opreland Hotel is a wonderful place to get away! They have beautiful areas to walk around, the riverboat is cool! They have options for people who aren't able to walk great distances with scooter rentals.
