The check in process took a little under an hour only to be told they only had two queen beds; we wanted a king.
The room was not ready and after waiting and watching other people check in and get rooms with king beds, I got back in line to ask why I was told that there were no more king beds and no rooms ready for us. I was told because we had booked through Expedia and not the hotel we had to wait, and the king beds were reserved for those who had booked through the hotel, even though we booked months in advance.
We were made to feel like second class citizens, not to mention other people were staring at my wife and i and whispering to themselves. After all this mess two hours later low and behold they mysteriously found us a king bed.
This just left a sour taste in our mouths and was a terrible way to start our cruise vacation!!
We will be leaving a review with Expedia also.
