"Room was clean and very comfortable. Didn’t have much hot water for shower in the morning, was luke warm. Didn’t have time to call front desk to try rectify the problem. So I’m fairness, they didn’t get then opportunity to fix the situation. If I had more time in the morning I would have done so and perhaps they could have fixed the problem. Otherwise I had a very good stay. I would still happily stay there again."

"I have stayed here once before, and was happy to return. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a good restaurant. There is a 24-hour shuttle to the airport and you can book a guaranteed ride with a ticket system so you're sure to get on the van. Staff are friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy and shower is nice and hot. The only problem was the coffee maker wouldn't work in the morning. There's a coffee machine with excellent coffee in the lobby "

"Love the location of this hotel, can access Convention Centre from indoors, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained even during snow storm. Unfortunately, we were a bit annoyed that they scheduled fire drills on the Family Day weekend which interrupted elevator service in the afternoon for 2 days in a row. "
