"We checked in after 10:30pm. They were friendly and helpful. We were starving so went to restaurant on the hotel. The bartender was amazing. Helpful, witty and chatty. We were never made to feel like a burden as we were so late. I will also note, that i messaged through the expedia app, they answered right away. Lastly, the man who deove thw bus for the airport was also, friendly. "

"Loved the atmosphere of the hotel! -The welcome message on the TV when we first arrived made it very personable, which gave it a nice touch! Never had that at a hotel before. -Room was nice and bed was super comfortable. -The location was perfect; walking distance for everywhere we planned to visit during our stay. -Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"I booked due to a major storm and was happy there was covered parking. Having said that, I was unaware that I had to first check in and get my room key before parking and therefore I parked and had to drag my suitcase through the snow as sidewalk and lane had not been cleared. Many cars had clamps on the tires, which I found out from staff, they provide complimentary for clients but only if clients have specific new vehicles that are subject to theft. Apparently vehicle theft is a major issue....
