"The room was easy to book and check in, also easy to extend stay. The room was very clean and calm and quiet upon arrival and conveniently included a microwave and small refrigerator. Pricing was decent for the convenience and downtown (centralised) location. Staff are helpful and accommodating. After new years it was a bit louder on the first floor. Would recommend for a no-frills yet functional stay for short periods of time. Remember to keep your room locked though when you go out (thats...

"What a perfect place to stay in Toronto! With access to the underground shopping and walking network (PATH) from inside the building, you can get to anywhere in downtown without braving the cold! The hotel is also very charming with the historical vault, old blue prints and other items of historical significance around. If you can afford or get a killer rate on Expedia like I did, HIGHLY recommend making this your home while visiting Toronto."

"Stayed for NYE. Area outside was very loud with sirens but probably because of festivities. No dining at the hotel-the restaurant was permanently closed but we weren’t made aware. Website showed it available. The suite was large and the kitchen had everything you need. Everything felt like it could use a refresh. It was clean enough but some spots were dusty. Staff were very friendly, check in and out was smooth. Front desk agent was able to recommend local restaurants. An ok stay."
