"The room was nice and clean. We didn't have any issues. Great breakfast sandwiches for breakfast and they had great coffee. I wish they offered a free drink option for kids or for non coffee drinkers but it was great. Staff all seemed pretty great and friendly. There are train tracks behind the building but it was not terrible. If you get a room at the back of the building I would imagine that could be an issue. "We booked this hotel for a dance competition. It was close to everything we needed and the staff was very helpful. As it is some outdated from other Holiday Inns but still nice. The pool was nice and clean water could have been a little warmer for the kids. "

"Fun hotel with uniqueness. Check in was fast and easy. The first time I ever got a “check in beer”! Room was great ( except the neon light over the bed that couldn’t be switched off). Walking to the room smelled great overlooking the Sour Room. Spent some time at the lobby bar after restaurant closed. Friendly staff and fun crowd. Morning breakfast was good. Small selection, but good quality. We look forward to returning in the future! "

"I appreciate the professional staff, the cleanliness and well maintained building. The room was top notch. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was comfortable. The breakfast was very well supplied. I appreciate that the hotel still has Gideon Bibles in the drawer in the room. Everything was done well. Recommended!"

"Absolutely loved all of the attention to detail in this hotel. Fun atmosphere, very clean and well kept rooms, excellent bartender (Jen) in the hotel bar, and perfect location in Short North. Unique theme idea executed very well. The room was a bit small for four people."
