"We were pleasantly surprised-way better than we imagined! Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Very friendly employees in the lobby. Amazing breakfast included in the stay. Great restaurants located in the same parking lot. The room was fantastic-we stayed in a king suite. The bathroom which included a large shower and toilet was a little small, but that is the only thing I can think of to say."

"I was over charged for the room. My room was supposed to be $156.85 and I was charged $168.64. Some people might not think its a big deal but if I'm quoted something I expect to pay what I was quoted. This was the sexond time we stayed at this hotel and i wasn't overcharged the first time. There were people in the hallways yelling up until around 1am.I know its hard to stop people from doing things but 1am is a little ridiculous. I sure hope they don't over charge others with out letting them...

"Columbus is a frequent place to visit for our family. In the last five years, I can say this was the nicest Dublin hotel we have stayed in. All areas were exceptionally clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and show kindness. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness! "

" I stayed here for a shopping trip to Ikea. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very welcoming. He left me know renovations were starting the next week on the first floor where I was staying. The room was spacious and well equiped, but I understood the reason for renovations. Breakfast was good and they had 24 hour coffee. It snowed while I was there and I needed to clean my car off. I asked Olivia at the front desk if I could borrow a broom. They didn't have one for me to use...
