"We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at least once a winter for 3 or 4 years. Sadly, feels like this property is going downhill like most major chains do. The hotel itself is still nice and new, however the hallways, rooms and pool area are all lacking. The 2nd floor hallways all smelled heavily of smoke. "We had intended to stay for three nights which turned into one because of illness and my family. The management was understanding when we had to cut our trip short. We were on our way of the elevator being out of service when we arrived, and they were able to accommodate us and put us on the first floor, which was crucial. "
