I didn't like not getting tv stations abc, cbs, nbc. Not having do not disturb signs for door. Breakfast was terrible. Police were in building arresting someone next door. Should be called best western MINUS. What a mess.

To start, we couldn't get into our room and had to get a new card for it 3 different times during our 2 night stay. When we entered the room is was dirty and their was a gooey substance on the window and shmuck on the mirrors. Toothpaste was all over the bathroom walls and mirror aswell. The nightstands had droplets from what im hoping is soda. We went to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned and there was only 1 staff member on sight and he couldn't clean it. He was very kind and found some cleaner and rags for me so I could wipe things down myself. But with how much I paid for this hotel I shouldn't have to clean my own room none the less have a grossly dirty room upon arrival.

Property was dirty, mold on the bathroom on ceiling and the rooms smelled like cigarettes. The staff was very nice.

Hotel is not in a safe area. Checked in was quick and easy. They ended up moving our room because I booked a handicap room that we didn't need. The room was right next to the stairs not near the door but after the door right on the stairwell. The lights didn't work and neither did the TV remote. We didn't care that night because we got there late but next morning I reported it was told someone will go fix it...never happened. Also there were no do not disturb signs so when my husband and I were getting ready for a wedding with limit lights housekeeping tried to come in. You can tell people are also living their. I understand that is better then being homeless but there was a lot.

Staff was great! Room was very clean. Air conditioner was loud, kicked on and off all night. Barely any water flowing out of the shower. Otherwise a very nice room. I'd come back if the shower and a/c issues were resolved.
