The staff was extremely friendly. The room was okay, the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. There was plenty of hot water. The sitting area outside the sliding door of the room was a nice feature. We went to the pool/jacuzzi area and the water in the jacuzzi was pretty nasty, very cloudy, and clumps of thick, colored foam gathered when the jets turned on. Overall, it was just okay.
