"A great, luxury level hotel that is now our "go to" place when staying in the central business district of CDMX. Excellent all the way around. We appreciated the availability of a hotel car, though not cheap, as opposed to getting in the typical small taxis used around the city. We had a lower level "junior suite" on a first say, which we preferred to the upper level one because the first had a wall between the bed and sitting area, great when one person stays up later or gets up ealier, than...

"I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."
