"BEWARE looks clean but its not. I opened my sheets to a bedfull of hair. Immediately knew they do not wash big covers, let alone the duvet. Bathroom was clean but i was only given half a roll (USED) for 4 people. Toilet paper was gone the same night. Luckily there’s a 24 hour store right across the street where i went to buy toilet paper. Towels looked dingy, some white. Area is nice, the building looks and smells clean. They gave me a heater. "Excellent hotel with good amenities and good location in the Zocalo area. For us, we did indeed do more around the Condesa and Chapultepec area but if this is near where you want to roam it’s a great choice!"

"Fuimos un grupo de 10 y las atenciones del Hotel fueron increíbles. Daniela nos ayudó con el check in y nos encantó el trato y explicación del hotel y sus amenidades. El bar del hotel también fue una experiencia fantástica. El hotel está localizado en una área muy buena y cercana a muchos de los sitios que queríamos visitar. Este hotel definitivamente se queda como uno de los favoritos para nosotros y planeamos regresar pronto. "
