"The resort was very clean and the staff were so friendly! The diner on site was great after a busy day and having Starbucks was nice and convenient. Shuttles ran as expected on time and was so easy to get to and from Universal. "

"This is an older hotel that has been purchased by Ramadan and they are in the process of refurbishing it. So it's looking quite nice but isn't quite done. It does have a large pool area, billed as a water park, which would be fun for kids, but we didn't have time to check it out "
