"We don’t normally post reviews. But had to leave this review. It started off our trip on a good high. Breakfast area was lovely. Incredible coffee every morning. Staff always welcoming. Room was a perfect layout for what we needed. Two beds with their own private area. Mini bar was nice touch, especially if your VIP. Seriously perfect location from what we wanted. Shopping, restaurants, sights, trains. Great time thanks."

"We stayed there for a week and were pleasantly surprised with everything this hotel has to offer. An onsite restaurant has a phenomenal dinner, and breakfast buffet is to die for. Rooms are clean and functional. Easy walkable to Duomo and all the sights. Has a laundry facility with a washer (no need to bring your own detergent) and dryer - you can get change at the front desk to run them. Staff is friendly. Great choice when visiting Florence."
