"We had our gift package taken from our room the second day of our stay. Package was placed on top of a sofa-bed, so it would never be mistaken as garbage on the floor! The package was returned by house keeping same day when we asked at the front desk. Not a good feeling at all."

A front-desk manager tried to claim that they had a right to change room types before eventually agreeing to give us a room with three single beds instead.
