"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"The location of hotel could not be more central. It's right in the middle of everything. The building is loaded with charm, and some quirks due to it's era, yet is has been modernized in the areas that are important - the bathrooms. "We stayed here for one night en route back from Italy. Hotel is situated within easy reach of the main road and there are some facilities within walking distance for food. There is plenty of parking onsite. The hotel and room was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. There was shower gel and handwash provided. Breakfast was included and there were adequate options to choose from on a help yourself basis."

"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."
