"We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. "The place seems nice in pictures, But when you arrive you are greeted with cockarochs , air-conditioning barley works, No hot water, sheets stained, the wood on the bed was rotten. broke to the floor after just sitting down on it.. i called and they would not give a refund.. no property management what so ever.. my vacation became a nightmare"

"The apartment was beautiful, with terraces and ocean views. They were a few things, though that were disappointing. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower.
