"Such a great accommodation! We booked the superior cabin. Very peaceful cabin with a large verandah that looks on into the jungle. Room is is huge and has a fridge and sink. The king bed is comfortable, super clean. Enough room to do my yoga! Great parking. Would highly recommend for a genuine Costa Rican stay. "

"This property was very close to all the restaurants and points of interest. We felt very safe as there was a guarded gate with a large security door. Our room (Machaca room) was very comfortable. I like how the AC unit is not blowing on us directly. The bathroom including shower was very large. There was a Smart TV in the room which allowed us to watch Netflix at night. The only complaints were there was no where to hang our cloths as the large closet only had shelves and there was no coffee creamer/whitener provided for the coffee in the room. However, there is complementary specialty coffee provided in the gift shop beside the reception desk (found that out on our last day). The breakfast was excellent and they even made us waffles and pancakes when we requested it. We swam in one of the pools and we were the only ones at the pool. It was very nice and secluded. I loved all the animals. We could see howler monkeys from our balcony. On the hotel site there were lots of geese and ducks. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, if you have a car, that is convenient to many things without being right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Extremely quiet with amazing landscaping and birds - had a tree full of toucans one evening! Having 6 individual hot tubs was nice as one was always available. Drinks at the pool bar were very good. Entire property was very clean. Room was updated and big. Only negatives I would mention is the WiFi and TV were not the best but we were in vacation so it didn’t really bother us. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to La Fortuna!!"
