"Our family enjoyed staying at the GR Solaris, this one is a smaller hotel than we are used to but we totally loved it! food was great! We loved the brick oven pizza by the pool! And also loved the deli with the gourmet coffee and sandwiches open all day! Buffet had so much to pick from and specialty restaurants were great but a little hard to get reservations, we could only try the Italian and the Mexican restaurants. Bonnie at the front desk was great! Bar service needed more attention specially with drinks at the beach Please tip these hard working people! Our only complaint is there wasn’t a lot of shows or entertainment at night. Beach was great very clean and enjoyable! We will definitely be back!"

"It is a beautiful resiort. The personal was amazing they deserve 10 or more stars. There is entertainment every night. We loved the water aerobics it’s a must do they were all very entertaining and great music at the pool area which I may say is very big spacing out people not cluttered. There was an iguana near the pool they are our friends we named him Iggy say hi to him for us. The only complaint I can give is needs more food variety at breakfast gets full go early you have more luck to find seats for dinner must do the crepes they are amazing and just like breakfast needs more of a variety. Overall a great time. My family said Pedro at the bar at lobby was amazing he does great drinks. "

En el buffet “Zango” fuimos muy bien recibidas … todos muy amables, Elizabeth y Carlos muy linda gente con nosotras siempre… la vdd Sandos Cancún nos encantó … y regresaríamos muchas gracias a todos!
