"The only 2 issues are door to the balcony doesn’t seem to be very sound proof and upon entering the room, both for the first time and each time, there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. The staff were absolutely beautiful. They couldn’t have done more to make us welcome and comfortable. Everything was cleaned. Continental breakfast was simple, yet delicious! Loved the fresh pancakes!! Will be back again soon! "

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"

"Crowne Plaza was very nice, convenient place to stay at. Buffet breakfast was amazing so much food to choose from. Bed was comfortable but for some reason there was only a queen size quilt on a king size bed. So we were fighting over the quilt all night as it wasn’t big enough!! The beautiful view of the trees in the park next to the motel and framed by a huge window!"

"Apartments looking tired with dated shower in need of revamp especially. Yes currently surrounded by construction but didn’t bother us. Still a great location for quick travels around city sights. Staff average along with rooms. Convenient parking onsite. "

"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "
