It was pricy and was not worth it. The stuff in the room were dinosaurs. Even There was no hairdryer in the room. It think the rip off the visitors with their $210 dollars per night. Overall I never recommend it to others.

The room wasnt as advertised, the fridge and tv didnt work, the room had a terrible smell and the bed was dirty. The sheets were horrible and scratchy and wered put on the bed properly so they just kept exposing the dirty matress underneath. Not only that the bed kept seperating as it was just two single beds pushed together but not secured. The shower has terrible water pressure and was either hot or cold and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The toilet paper was just tissues and the moisturiser provided was so old it was brown.

Windows don’t lock, telephones don’t work. Unresponsive staff. Rooms are old and in average condition. Blinds and curtains broken, resulting in a lack of privacy. Corridors are dark and dingy. Stains on the carpet and stale, putrid smells along corridors. Doors are in poor condition and not sound proof, loud and obnoxious guests can be heard throughout the night. A very very average stay, avoid at all costs. Pay the extra few dollars for better quality. The images depicting the property should be updated to reflect actual condition of rooms.

This property was well located in Canberra. It was priced well. It’s a 3 star property, I could only afford 3 star hotels and I was very satisfied with the room and inclusions of this hotel. Definitely value for money. The stand out for me was the greeting reception staff (Erin) who was extremely friendly and helpful. After a long drive it was refreshing to be greeted and assisted in the way I was. It’s staff like this who make all the difference.

We had a family room accomodating 2 adults and 3 children, disappointing that there was no microwave or toaster available and no cutlery or crockery, whilst a kettle and coffee mugs were available as well as instant coffee and tea bags, there wasn’t any teaspoons or UHT milk to be able to make a simple coffee/tea. We also had a broken bedside lamp, broken hairdryer and very squeaky top bunk bed that woke us all anytime my son moved. We liked the location and would stay again if such items were available in a family room, as it would make the stay more comfortable.

Shower was like an elephant watering on me. Bar Fridge didn’t work at all initially and manager rectified with another fridge. What else can be said cheap accomodation in Canberra. So expectations were already low.

Hi bed was very comfortable. Shower head needed to be fixed as it was throwing water around .cards open all doors as i was in shower and door opened .besides that they were great they let me check in early and late checkout thank s heaps loved the bed thanks again

We stayed there and found the receptionist to be quite rude and the room quite dirty. There was a dirty sock, pen and a takeaway fork in the room, no remote, small light didnt work and bathroom was dirty in shower recess. Quiet though, have to say that.
