"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. "The one bedroom apartment was exactly what we wanted for our mid-week getaway. We enjoyed a few hikes in the area and it was nice to come back to a comfortable home base. The only really disappointing thing about our stay was that the hot tub was broken and although we were told they were working on fixing it- it didn’t look like anyone was working on it. "We really loved Spring Creek Vacations, the apartment we had was absolutely stunning and very well equipped, the only negatives is the ongoing building work which creates so much dust making it impossible to sit on the balcony. The views of the Three Sisters mountains are beautiful if you look over the building site, but with so much building work being done I think the area will become spoilt very quickly which is a shame. "Cabins themselves are awesome. Pet friendly, cozy, clean and with everything you need to relax. Only thing we didnt enjoy much was the location. They are advertised to be close to Jasper but in reality takes 40 min going to Jasper and then 40 more to go the cabin which is very inconvenient. "

"Reserved 2 sites under same name. And were given 2 sites that were as far apart as they could be totally unacceptable"

"The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. The furniture was very old and tattered. There were tears in the chairs, the couch was SO worn, and the beds creaked/rattled loudly every time someone shifted at all. The place is definitely overdue for an update! The pool is tiny and the "deck" out of our room was too. Overall it was fine. Pretty spacious, close to many things. Nothing special but adequate."

"You really cant beat the experience of staying here for less than 200$ a night in as good a location as Canmore. The amenities like the BBQ and full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer were great to have. Everything you need is in easy walking distance and the views are fantastic. I will definitely be looking at this place again for future stays!"

"We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff."
