"I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. "Stayed 3 nights Lovely place , lovely staff and a nice home from home feel . The rooms whilst basic were comfortable and clean . The bathrooms are large with excellent showers . There is a pool downstairs and it’s semi open . The water was freezing but I did go in winter . They offer a range of services including laundry , transport and tour bookings . Few minutes to the old town . No complaints and would happily stay again "

"Ms Ten and her family are very welcoming! Her husband Ken came picked us up in DaNang and brought us to their Homestay. Ms. Ten cooked us meals (not in our plan), gave us snacks and directed us to the proper places for better prices. Only 2 blocks from the river or touristy part of old town. Service and price was amazing!!!!! NOTE: FAMILY STAYS ARE NOT JUST A ROOM IN THE HOUSE. YOU GET A FULL ON ENSUITE WITH BALCONY!! VERY PRIVATE. Lovely Family!!!!"

"Serenity Villa was our favorite stay for our entire trip to Vietnam. It is located in a nice corner of Hoi An & everything from shopping to our favorite banh mi stall was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the night market just around the corner from the hotel. The family that runs the hotel was extremely helpful. We had help laundry service, booking a tour, and food recommendations. We would definitely stay at Serenity Villa the next time we travel to Hoi An."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at Town Of Viet House Homestay! When I arrived, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. My room was HUGE and very clean with a king size bed and AC. The hosts were very welcoming and helped me during my stay with advice on where to get good deals and helped me organise airport transfer. They also had bikes which guests are free to use. Location was perfect, overall great value. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An."
