"👎 Pool side Jacuzzi is a joke, barely fit in four people and the water is lukewarm. My family were advised to reserve a grilled seafood buffet at time of checking in. The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water. It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!"

Even though I arrived a bit late, they checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were always ready to help with directions, local recommendations, and any questions I had.
