"Very nice clean room, check in was easy, great location, brekfast was nothing more than okay, that said it was included in the room price, bar staff were very nice and polite and the entertainment space was nice but the chairs were too low and uncomfortable, very nice hotel at a very reasonable cost, we would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic...

"Great location - close to Levante beach and only 5 min walk to the top of the strip but far enough away not be kept awake by noise. No stags or hens allowed at the hotel which is good for a couples break. Great view from the 15th floor - lovely pool area and food breakfast choice but they do start to clear everything away very swiftly- so don’t go down to breakfast thinking you can rock up 5 minutes before it ends ! However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Spotless modern rooms. Definitely worth paying a little extra for a Seaview room. Breakfast was included but very basic/not to my liking. Over the 4 days we stayed there, it was mainly very friendly, attentive female receptionists. Unfortunately one of the members of our group encountered the hotels only male receptionist at check in. This guy really isnt suited to a customer service role. His attitude was pathetic and his knowledge of his job role left a lot...

"We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, i had asked if possible to have a room on a high floor, when we checked in the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. We definitely got the WOW! factor when we walked in. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. Its was absolutely spotless and the views were amazing we had both sea and mountain. My only negative was that we had to leave. I would highly recommend the Blue Line Aparthotel"

Nice place worthy of another visit!

"Great place, giving a feel of a little Spanish village next to the lovely view of the sea. It was just superb on a fine sunny day, and pretty grim and gray on a fully cloudy/rainy day. Excellent team, great food as part of half-board stay and attention was given whenever we needed help or some addons like kettle, beach towels, etc. The kitchen team were very innovative and did a nice spread of variety of food, different every day and with plenty of options for young kids, who can eat some healthy food and not just nuggets or burger or chips."
