"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. No stags or hens allowed at the hotel which is good for a couples break. Great view from the 15th floor - lovely pool area and food breakfast choice but they do start to clear everything away very swiftly- so don’t go down to breakfast thinking you can rock up 5 minutes before it ends ! "I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"This place is great! The rooms are a little small but who stays in the room when you are visiting Benidorm. The room with a sea view balcony was so relaxing, the view incredible.
