"The hotel was very nice and cozy. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Pillows were soft but very comfortable. The waiter at the bar was very friendly and polite. Food was expensive at the property. We went for a concert at the Barclay center and the distance from hotel was just 10 minutes. You did not need a car or taxi to go there. The neighborhood was really safe to walk. Overall the hotel was the perfect choice for cleanliness and the convenience. We will go again if we need to. "

"My best friend from L.A. and I drove up to the Hampton Inn from the Washington DC area. We were warmly greeted by Molly, who offered us vouchers for free drinks at the bar. Luka told us about an amazing noodle restaurant walking distance away. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the free breakfasts--everything was tasty and fresh. Every staff member--including Manny, DK, Kim, Ki, and of course Molly and Luka were friendly and warm and helpful! A few weeks earlier I visited Brooklyn with another friend, staying at another hotel a few blocks away from the Hampton Inn. It was inadequate, staff was rather rude, no free breakfast, and the room was screaming for a 21st century upgrade. The Hampton Inn was such a refreshing experience, coming off the disappointing stay at the other Brooklyn hotel a month earlier. Will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn next time I head up to NYC. Thanks again Hampton Inn staff. You are the Best!"
