"I reserved a room with two sets of bunk beds because there were four people in my party. Without notifying me, the hotel gave my room to someone else and downgraded me to a room with two single beds. When I complained, they put me in a room with two queen beds, but the toilet was only about 12 inches from the floor and was partially under the counter in the bathroom. The tub was large enough to bathe an infant. Three days later, they moved me to the room with the bunk beds I had originally...

"Fantastic location - super short walk to get to the green line and just three stops from Kenmore (we were there for a Red Sox game). My kids enjoyed the pool, and the restaurant was very kind to allow us to take our breakfast to go on our check-out morning. They also went the extra mile by letting us check-in at noon, as we were driving from a significant distance, and it was difficult to predict the timing of our arrival on the 4th of July weekend. We highly recommend! "
