"We returned from dinner, passed the front desk person, walked to the elevator where people had called for it. We all waited. Summoned the elevator again and again and yet it didn’t come. Went to the front desk around the corner and said “the elevator isn’t coming to the lobby” He replied, “ya, it’s broken” As we had waited for several minutes, no sign indicating that it was not working, and he couldn’t even be bothered to tell us that as we entered the lobby. Me have stayed many many times...

"I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived late at around 11pm, tired from driving in from Vancouver and the highway was treacherous with falling snow conditions. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. He efficiently proceeded my check-in and handed me my room keycards and gave me directions to my room which I was able to get to easily. Throughout the night, I couldn’t believe how quiet the room is even though the hotel is situated by the main road. Not a sound. Next morning,...
